Interview Test
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for an interview, with a total of 180 marks available. The interview aims to assess the candidate's suitability for public service.
Interview Test Overview
The interview phase is designed not to assess candidates' specialized or general knowledge, as these areas are evaluated in the written exams. Instead, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in their academic subjects as well as current events both locally and globally, alongside modern ideas and recent discoveries that engage educated individuals.
It is important to note that the interview will not carry qualifying marks. The scores from the interview will be combined with those from the Written Examination (Main) to determine the overall performance.
The Commission will recommend candidates for various posts based on the exact number specified in the notification. Candidates will not be recommended for positions they did not select.
The final ranking of candidates will be based on their combined scores from the Main Examination (including both written and interview marks). Candidates will be assigned to different services according to their ranks and the preferences they indicated for various posts in their Main Examination applications, considering any applicable reservations.
