Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced a total of 120 vacancies for the positions of Design Trainees and Management Trainees.
Design Trainee Vacancies
There are 60 vacancies for Design Trainees across various disciplines including Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, and Metallurgy.
Management Trainee Vacancies
Similarly, there are 60 vacancies for Management Trainees in disciplines such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Production, and Civil.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent. For Design Trainees, UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates need a minimum of 70% marks, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require at least 60%.
Age Limit
Candidates should not exceed 28 years of age as of 14.08.2026, with relaxation applicable as per government rules.
Stipend
During the training period, selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 50,000/- along with allowances and accommodation as per company rules.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs. 500/-, which is inclusive of GST. However, candidates from SC/ST/PwBD/Internal categories are exempt from this fee.
