Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Specialist Posts must possess a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Information Technology. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field along with a Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or ECE is acceptable. Additionally, a CISA certification is mandatory, along with at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, or CISA. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in technology or information systems audits within the BFSI sector, and experience in leading audit teams. Preferred qualifications include experience or certifications in Cloud Audit, Project Management, and PCI-DSS.
Cyber & Network Security Specialist
For the Cyber & Network Security Specialist role, candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering fields or a Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Computer Science, IT, or ECE. A CISA certification is required, along with at least one of the following: CISM, CCNA, CCNP, CEH, or IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with network devices and cyber security consulting, including at least 3 years in technology or IS audit. Preferred qualifications include training or certifications in network/cyber security auditing, IT audits, or IT risk assessment.
IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist
Candidates for the IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist position must hold a B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering fields or a Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Computer Science, IT, or ECE. A CISA certification is mandatory, along with at least one of the following certifications: PCI DSS implementation certification, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. A minimum of 6 years of experience in handling CBS and payment channels is required, including at least 3 years in technology or IS audit.
Cyber Security Analyst
For the Cyber Security Analyst role, candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering fields or a Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Computer Science, IT, or ECE. At least one of the following certifications is required: CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Database Certification, or Cloud Certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or cyber security is also necessary.
