POLYTECHNIC ADMISSION 2026
Admission into 3-year Diploma Courses in Assam.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam, providing a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) during counseling. They should have passed the H.S.L.C. or equivalent examination in a single sitting, with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects, and must meet the minimum percentage criteria based on their category.

Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 16 years old as of 31st December 2026, with no upper age limit. Birthdate must be on or before 31st December 2010.
Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable application fee of ₹300 is required, payable online. The application will be considered complete only after successful payment.

- Step 4:Fill in personal and educational details and upload necessary documents.
- Step 5:Pay the registration fee as per your category and submit the form.
- Step 6:Print out the completed application form.
Documents Required
Candidates must present original documents for verification at admission, along with self-attested photocopies and two recent passport-size photographs.

Important Dates
The online registration starts on 24th April 2026 and ends on 10th May 2026. A correction window will be available from 12th to 13th May 2026, followed by online verification from 15th to 27th May 2026.
Counseling Process
After registration, documents will be verified, and counseling will begin. Candidates will be notified via their registered contact details. Seat allotment will depend on eligibility, rank, and preferences.
